Where are my tunes at PHP?

Hey Corey,

Its been over a month, I know ya'll are busy but damn when should I expect my tunes?

For $500.00 it shouldn't take near this long.

Still love the canned tunes tho

Thanks

Have you emailed or called PHP? That would be the best way to get an answer.

they were out of the shop for like two weeks. they posted like a million times saying that and said be patient. so email them and ask instead of posting here because im sure they dont know who you are just by having your user name. i have heard great customer service and they always seem to get questions answer as soon as possible.

It takes some time. I was early on the list and it took about four weeks. They have picked up a lot of customers since then. Totally satisfied though.

HAHAH... 1 month, thats it??
What was your original ETA..
If it was 3-4 weeks, actuality thats more like 5-7 weeks depending on how much you email, call, and continuosly keep checking on your tunes.
Its a supply and demand situation!
They are having difficulties supplying what we demand.

The custom tunes are included in the price of the unit. They are just delivered at a later date.

They send you the unit which contains canned programs, same as the Edge. Then after you use it and learn more about what you want out of a tune, such as CAI or not, shift characteristics, down shifting points and economy, you call and discuss with Bill. Then order what you settle on and he will email them to you after he writes them.

Don't take this the wrong way.......but posting a thread regarding this is not cool. I doubt Bill or Corey appreciate it. Just call them for an ETA on your tunes!
