For $500.00 it shouldn't take near this long.

Still love the canned tunes tho

Thanks
Hey Robbie,

Bill would probably be finished already if we hadn't been out of town for two weeks -- the information was on our website, and I posted it on here, too, just to make sure that everyone knew. I'm sorry if you didn't see it in either place.

We also have a sale going on right now, and although we're busier than usual, the thing that's delaying Bill getting custom tunes done is that there are so many people calling to ask questions! There are only two of us here, and I can handle the gasoline stuff, but the diesel questions are currently out of my league. (Then again, a year ago, I didn't have a clue about the gas stuff either, so there's hope! ) Often, we have customers simultaneously on the phone, on call waiting, and on Bill's cell phone!

Feel free to give us a call or drop me an e-mail, and I can give you some idea of when your tunes should be finished. BTW, we also need your HEX code before Bill can work on your tunes. Unplug your programmer from the OBDII port and plug it back in; it'll be displayed. E-mail it to us or give us a call. Thanks!

I still don't get it. Why post on a public forum, then hope that they'll see it and answer. If you've got an issue with Power Hungry, or any other tuner, it's much easier just to pick up the phone. Isn't that what "contact your vendor" means? It doesn't say "post on internet forum".
