I was thinking about getting some tunes for my truck. Which tuner should I go with?

haha seriously? I'm in college and drink a lot of crappy beer, but i still know a good one when i have it. BudLight is NOT what i would call a quality brew.

But if you offer me some, i would gladly drink it.

 

Well, it's been my exp, that any free beer no matter the brand is better than one I have to buy myself. And the second best beer would be an open one!

After I drink a few it really doesnt matter what brand it is, as Im just chuggin one after the other!

i believe you get what you pay for. I'm a fan of Troyer Performance. I never discuss what i pay them for what they do but you have to have everyone's side of the story. if im reading the post right and i rarely do. You said that you brought a tuner from someone else with mikes tunes and want to get a different one made. is he creating one from scratch for your truck ( no two are a like even if the strategy code is the same) and has for whos the best. I like troyer but i have never used anyone else and don't plan on it. that's just me. But when someone said let's see whos the best that's not that hard to do. get a troyer tuned truck and a vmp truck and line them up. oh and if you have a vmp truck in the va area thats supercharged i will gladly go out for a test run to see how troyers tunes hold up. take the trucks to the track if you need actual time. lets not say his tune is this and his is that. hit the track and lets see whats going on. dynos prove nothing unless your at the same dyno on the same day within minutes of each other under the same conditions. see me in the street and you can see what troyer tunes do youll know the truck REDY4IT

 

To all you folks that think this is BS, I will call on Monday and talk to Crystal again. I will then tell her that I am posting her response on this website. You can then call her yourself to verify the answer I posted is the one she gave me. Hopefully she will change her mind and give me the tune considering that I purchased two tuners from them and an AF1.

I mean I not like all these freaks that have used my thread to bash TP and each other and me. I am just a guy that bought some products from some people and am posting what I think is unfair treatment by TP. There isn't another axe to grind except this one.

I still blame Billy Dee Williams for my addiction to fine malt liquor.

But the price of gas has crept up to $5 for 91 octane fuel around here. As much as I love my truck with Troyer's 91 performance tune, I am now shopping for a sub-compact as a daily driver. If I get a Honda Fit or Toyota Yaris; I'm throwing a cold air intake under the hood, welding on a glass pack muffler, and putting on my Troyer Performance stickers in protest. You think the other import tuners will be impressed or scared by my Troyer Performance stickers when they have Mugen & GReddy?
