Important Message for PHP Customers
Hi Gang,
I want everyone to know that we will be closed to phone calls on Fridays from now on starting this Friday, May 23. To compensate, our phones will be open from 9:00AM to 9:00PM Monday-Thursday. Some of you call on Saturdays, and that's okay, too!
And you know us... if you have a true emergency, just call. You all know that we always pick up the phone even when it's not during our posted "business hours." 
We had stopped taking calls in the mornings to give us some extra time to work on files... answer e-mails... whatever. It hasn't worked because Bill started pulling all-nighters and screwing up our schedule.
We decided that if we close our office one day a week, that will free up his time for writing custom tunes, doing live tuning, and working on other projects. We're sorry if it inconveniences anyone. We're just trying to find some extra time to keep our customers happy. I actually found a clock in a catalog recently that has the numbers skewed to add in a 13th hour. I think I'm getting it for Billy for Father's Day.

Not to hijack this thread but, You and I had been emailing concerning the gryphon and some questions that I wanted to get answered, then I was out of commission for a while.

I really do hope that the new schedule helps you guys out?
I know I jumped in and started inquiring about PHP and services about the time you guys had to make that unfortunate family road trip, and you returned with illness. Glad to see you guys are back in full stride and making some changes!

Have you guys always had the logo under your name? I've never seen it until this morning, that's why I was asking. I thought you guys were getting screwed out of having that. I cleared my cookies this morning and it popped up so I don't know if that was the problem or what. Everyone else can sit on it. LOL!

Sounds like a good idea. I turn my Vonage phone off on Mondays. Some people think I only work 4 days a week, but its more like 7 days and 60-80hrs most of the time.
I was at the sebring track racing my car all weekend, and while it was a ton of fun, I was also supporting customer and doing R&D.
