Who are you? Ralph Malph? Ritchie Cunningham?

I haven't heard that since Mr. Miyagi was Arnold on Happy Days.

No matter what type of business, clients feel like they "own" you. I have to remind them that all that they are doing is "renting".

Working four days a week.

Sounds like we're all in the same boat. We're at the seven days 70+ hours a week, too. Actually, thinking about it, a 10 hour day would be refreshing! Bill did some updates for a customer but forgot to e-mail him about it. He called today, and when we checked on it, we found that it had been uploaded at 4:06AM. Guess that's why he forgot the e-mail. Glad the customers understand our plight!

You must be doing something right, Justin. All I hear are good things!

corey- think of the alternative -i'd rather be working my *** off than hoping for buisiness-one of the reasons my phone is always on is the customer-w/o them i'd have nothing-keep up the good customer report and it will reap dividends 10 fold from the work u guys exert-

Absolutely! Bill was on the phone at 11:00 last night chatting away with a customer. We'd much rather be running around like crazy working than sitting idly by and twiddling our thumbs. And that's also why I mentioned in the post that we ARE HERE on Fridays -- and Saturdays -- AND Sundays -- in case someone really needs to speak with us. We all just need to find some more hours in the day!

ACK! Robert, I did just find two e-mails from you. I think I read them with the intention of checking with Billy. Then during the day, your e-mail got bumped off the screen... Billy says that you spoke with him this morning, so I'm assuming your question was answered. :o

Sorry about that! It wasn't intentional!
