Nothing To Brag About

Guess what? I bought tunes from Troyer Performance. I was told to expect a 10-12 week wait. Guess what? They came on time. They actually sent it UPS on Dec 23 - next day overnight - so that I can have my tunes on Christmas Eve. Then I called about something once. My call was returned. Another time I called, Senior Troyer picked up while I was on hold. He introduced himself and helped me with my order personally. I guess he saw the lines on hold blinking and just decided to grab one to help his staff out. There was this other time that I had a question for Justin Starkey at VMP Tuning. My e-mail was returned. I e-mailed back. He e-mailed back.

Nothing special, right? Just to let some of you guys reading know: these guys do return some of their messages and you can get through to them without doing anything special.

I guess some of us who don't expect much, and then get what we pay for, don't pipe up often enough to say that there are satisfied customers too. We get to hear often enough from 1 guy who wasn't satisfied. How about those of us who are, but just don't jump up and down about it? My next thread will be on how I went to the grocery store and they weren't out of milk, bread, and eggs.

Now, back to trimming my mustache and putting on my fanny pack for my hot date.
