Php??

I was just wondering if anyone has heard from either Bill or Corey in the last 48 hours? I know they are super super busy, But I have been trying to get in touch with them for two days so I can order my Gryphon!! Any help would be great! The Anticipation is killing me!

We are alive. Bill took me over to the doctor yesterday to get a shot of Demerol for my migraine. The bad ones only happen a few times a year, but yesterday was one of them. I am headed back to bed now after I pop a Lortab and try to sleep through this thing.

Billy's been trying to hold the fort down by himself -- makes him appreciate me all the more!

I have some e-mails that I've received that are going to have to wait until tomorrow to be answered, as the connection between my brain and fingers isn't working too well. You should see how long it's taking to write this and go back and correct the mistakes.

Bill will be in and out of the office today. You can try giving him a call.

To order a Gryphon, you need to fill out the custom order form on our products page. It can be saved as a PDF file and e-mailed to us or if you use MS Outlook, you can e-mail the data directly to us.

Well i for one can say for a fact that Bill is defenitely still hard at work!! we were finally able to get together last night after he sent me my custom tunes EARLY (like 3:30am) sunday morning. He also was very patient with me and the several problems we had a long the way. one of which was the fact that my dealer evidently updated my computer, so he had to rewrite my code (although he said that was very simple cause the dealer made very simple changes...?????) i can not say enough about how great bill is to work with!!! i willl recommend him to everyone that i see and can say with the upmost confidence that he is a real stand up guy and will stand by his product until everything is how you want it

AHA!! So YOU were the one calling and interrupting my sleep last night!!

Glad he could help you.

That's one thing I hope everyone realizes... that Billy will jump through hoops to make our customers happy simply because it's the right thing to do. And if you have to wait a little longer than expected, please know that he'll be doing the same thing for you, too.

I;ve had the pleasure of meeting these guys face to face, and as far as im concerned there is no other tuner for the f150 other than bill and his gryphon. It dont matter if the wait is months, these are the folks i will do buisness with and send as many as i can their way, real stand up people...

you are spot on with your comments tank. i'm sure that troyer and justin both make excellent tunes. but to me, customer service, just being able to call and talk and really understand what the person is tell you, is more then half the purchase as far as i'm concerned. i work in product support for Cat, so i know how important it is to the end customer. people buy a product cause its a quality product. people come back because of the customer service
