Hi there Everyone!

Just wanted to update you on a few things...

1- We have new office hours; well, not really new office hours -- just new hours when we'll be taking phone calls.

2- By Monday, we should have a new Custom Calibrations Form that you can fill out online and e-mail to us! (That's been my mission today...)

3- Last night, Bill's main computer crashed. No Blue Screen of Death or anything! It simply shut off, which is way less dramatic. That, of course, did not stop my wonderful husband from losing his mind. Amid all the swearing and yelling (no kidding here!), he's been able to recover 2 of 3 partitions today, so we're keeping our fingers crossed. At least it wasn't our server!

4- I am working on updating the website with information about the Gryphon upgrade, which includes recasing your programmer and updating the firmware. The cost for the upgrade and custom calibrations will be on the website near the beginning of the week, I hope!

5-And most importantly, for those of you who are interested in purchasing a Gryphon programmer at the 10% introductory discount, please know that as long as we have an e-mail from you dated April 22nd or before (or we talk to you on the phone) the discount still applies. In the past week, we have received -- no exaggeration here -- about 40 e-mails (up from the normal 20-30) every day from customers. WHEW! What a blessing! We're working as hard as we can to answer them all, but it's sort of like sinking in quicksand. We're keeping our heads up, but just barely.

Well, it's now 3:14, and we have just about 4 hours to sleep before we need to get the boys up and get ready for church. Now I know how Bill feels!

 

i'm excited for when you and bill get my edge converted to a gryphon and sent back to me!!!!

i shipped it priority and the delivery attempt on friday morning at 1120 and it wasn't delivered for whatever reason.

i hope for you guys to get it asap on monday so i could maybe receiver by next weekend!

 

thanx for the update. i just emailed you regarding a question. i know you're off today. i'm liking what i'm hearing from the other members here.

 

is there anyway to get an answer about pricing and tunning other than phone..
My hours and time zone are in direct conflict with you folks at PHP! and with your new hours even more so!

We've already taken your order, so I'm not sure what e-mails you're talking about. Your Evo should arrive on Monday and be shipped back out by Wednesday or Thursday. Did you need anything else?

There are always exceptions to the rule, Silly. If you'd like, drop us an e-mail and tell us when you'd like to talk. I was posting on here at 3:00 this morning, so we do keep some very odd hours. If e-mail would be better for information, I can do that, too! As of a few minutes ago, I answered 48 e-mails so far today about our products. Whew! We look forward to hearing from you.

Hi there,

Just wanted to let you know that when Bill's computer "exploded" the other day, he forwarded ALL of his e-mails to my computer. I've answered more than 60 e-mails in the last two days about the Gryphon upgrade and many other things. I guarantee you that there isn't one e-mail from you in my list. I definitely have no problem e-mailing you with the information you're requesting.

Were those PMs that you sent, by any chance? If so, then I can understand your frustration. A couple of days ago, Bill was DOWN to about 40 PMs. He finally shut the feature off because he couldn't keep up with them. We've had lots of interest in our products lately. What a blessing!
