A tune up!?! We need a total freakin' overhaul!

Last night I learned what a TCM, ECM, PCM, and FICM are, so I'm on my way to bumping Bill out of the calibration tuning chair! LOL Okay, not really... just trying to get a bit more comfortable answering calls. I know that everyone wants to talk to the Mister, but I do what I can! And BTW, if anyone wants to know why he/she should have his/her 6.0L FICM reprogrammed, I'm the Groovy Chick to call!

Perhaps after Bill's well, he can work up to sleeping THREE hours a night (instead of two)! Woo-hoo!

Blessings to all and thanks for the kind words and prayers (we know they work!) ,
Corey

Fellers & Fillies,

Well, after almost a week of crud I am starting to feel more like a person and less like road-kill. It seems like everyone Corey (Groovy Chick) talked to (and the few I managed to talk to) this week was either sick or just getting over being sick. Maybe it's just me, but it seems like it has been a really tough year for Flu and stuff. In fact, it seems like it is getting worse every year, although it could just be media hype to sell Flu shots.

The thing I find that really bugs me is that I generally never get sick like this, at least not the Flu. I've been down HARD for maybe 24 hours, but can't recall the last time I was down for almost a week. Even after my Hernia surgery a couple years ago, I was up and around the next day. Of course, I went and got a Flu shot this year (something I NEVER do) thinking that I'm getting a little older (if you consider 39 old) and prevention would probably be a good idea. I think all it did was weaken my immune system enough to allow me to actually get the Flu instead of preventing it. What a scam. I will never do that crap again. I think I'll stick with Vitamin C that comes in those cool, round, all natural, single serving containers.

In any event, I want to thank everyone for their sympathy, support, and especially for their patience. I know there are quite a few people who have been waiting for calibrations, updates, fixes, or just answers to questions and I haven't been able to get to them in a timely manner. This is not the sort of customer service I am used to providing and I sincerely apologize to those who have been patiently waiting. I guess that's the downside to running a small business... everything falls on your shoulders and if you don't do it, it just doesn't get done.

Of course I am trying to get Corey up to speed to help with phones and forums, but as Bangingd correctly put it, she has to handle all the financial, advertising and day-to-day business management stuff which is quite time consuming. Not to mention, she runs her own tutoring business and takes care of the kids, the meals and the house. Cute and a workhorse... How'd I get so lucky? Kinda makes me look like a lazy bum.

Anyway, I know there are a number of posts with issues and questions and they are all important. However, I do need to get this stack of orders off my desk first, so please just sit tight and I will do my best to get to them as quickly as possible. If anyone has an emergency issue, I am certainly available by phone.

Thanks again to all. Take care.

Ease back into your work schedule. You don't want to get sick again!
Again, glad your back. I was really starting to miss your info here....

Man, the flu has been crazy this year. In the last two weeks 3 people at work went down for a week with it. I got really sick for one day but got over it thankfully.

I think it's awesome how everyone chimes in to wish you well. It really says a lot about you in terms of how much everyone respects and appreciates everything you do. That type of character isn't something you come across too often anymore. I don't actually have any personal experience dealing (maybe not the right word) with you but from everything I read on here, I definitely have a ton of respect for you.

Glad to hear you are back feeling better.

I had one last email question I was awaiting a reply from before I ordered my Gryphon and thought you were ignoring me.
