is it 2.5" si ,2.5"do system?did you reset pcm by disconnecting battery on install of system?how many miles on truck since insatll,btw- nice bronco-in the 2004 forum , there is a guy who is putting a 78 bronco body on a 06 shortened f150 frame and driveline-phil
Only been on about 100 miles, if that. The si flares from stock 2.5" to 3" with dual 2.5" out. I'm thinking its just a change in torque range, similiar to long tube headers. Thanks for the nice words about the bronco. Great truck. its pretty much just used for play and pulling logs outta the woods and such now.

Shell has gone to a 40 cent difference between 87 and 93, here. Down in South Texas, still a 20 cent difference. last night, Shell 93 was $3.49. Conoco 93 was 3.35. Shell 87 was 3.09.

That's better than here in south Ga. I saw $3.20 for 87 this morning. Cost me $160+ to drive to Atlanta and back last week. I miss complaining about $1.50/gal.

Would you believe that when I was a junior college, leaded regular was 18 cents a gallon? I would fill up my 65 Mustang for less than $3.00, have change from a $5 bill for a couple of burgers, fries and a milkshake! NO!! I"M NOT OLD!!! Of course, I was working and going to school, making $1.25 an hour.

Gas has went up over 60 cents here in the last month and only have a 93 performance custom tune from bill. So having Bill create me a 87 custom tune so Ill have it when needed or like you said gas goes up over $4.00 a gallon.

Ive almost thought about selling the truck. If I didnt have this car that I bought 8 months ago to drive during the week to work 20 miles each way that gets 28 MPG I probably would. Its so rediculious and NO ONE can do anything about it or wont to get the gas proces down. Its BS!!

Yeah, kentucky is just screwin us now. Gas hikes are here today, gone tomorow, then a week later they double what they added the LAST time. And now cigarettes are getting taxed more because the Gov. couldn't get the casinos, so lets screw a different addict. Crappy poor white-trash lovin state. Wouldn't live anywhere else.

I remember being shocked when it went to 19 cents a gallon for regular. I can't even remember what I was earning then, working in a hospital and going to school too.

And I thought I'd never be one to say, "Back in MY day...". :o

Gas is high enough, but I can remember when a new pickup was in the $1500 to 1700 dollar range. Not 40 to 60k!

Now you're really remembering the "good old days"! Of course, dollars were worth a lot more back then. (And, your pickup may, or may not, have had a radio or a heater - and, it certainly would NOT have had a back seat, automatic transmission, 4WD, AC, tachometer, etc, etc, ...).

There are times I yearn for the "good old days", and then I wake up to reality and realize I'm not quite ready to return to my parent's era. I'd miss refrigerators, dishwashers, the internet, TV, chordless phones, etc. etc. ...

I can even remember having baths in a steel tub holding water heated on my Grandmother's iron stove. I don't miss that either!
