What do you think you are trying to do? Do you have a AFR monitor?

If your using an XCal2 I believe the best you can do is increase the WOT fuel percentage. I have not seen the XCal3 unit so I cannot say what it is capable of.

yes increase fuel at WOT.. I put on a smaller pulley on the Blower and it`s running a little lean with this cold weather

This is the email I received from POwerworks

Sorry for the delayed response. I can still do that, but there are a couple
of things you can do on your own. First, the only place you could possibly
run lean is at WOT (open loop) since the control system for fueling is
closed loop controlled the rest of the time. If your running lean all of
the time even closed loop the software will still compensate up to about
25%. If it has exceeded the 25% you will be getting a lean code. If this is
the case, you should be looking for an air leak after the Mass Air Meter.
If you think your running lean at WOT, your SCT tuner allows you to add a
percentage of fuel in. (up to 14%)

Also if anyone wants to trade a Predator for the Xcal please let me know, all local shop only tune with Predator making my Xcal pretty useless here

What you need to do is take the tuner out to the truck and plug it in. Select the tune you are currently running and the tuner will ask you if you want to modify any of the parameters depress select and you can now scroll through all of the user adjustable options. I believe the WOT percentage options are toward the end of the menu list so keep scrolling until you see the description for WOT fuel percentage and you can adjust it up to a max of 14 percent. Make your change and press select. Depress the cancel button to start backing out of the menu options and the tuner will ask you if you want to save changes. Save your change and if the tuner does not start to load the tune, just reload it after you have saved the changes.

Hope this helps,

Just so you know, it is absolutely possible to run lean during cruise. If you have a Cold Air Intake, it can change the Mass Air Meter reading enough to cause a lean condition. Sometimes it's enough to set one of the following:

P0171 - System Too Lean (Bank 1)
P0173 - System Too Lean (Bank 2)

In most cases the fuel trim will compensate for this. However, as Powerworks indicated, if the trim goes past 25%, you'll get the codes.

Yes I thought it was that easy too but the only options are spark retard, tire rev/mile, idle speed, speed limiter, and
axle ratio.. thats it.

When I run the cd that came with it I see in the DEMO that I can adjust wot fuel with the EXTREME TUNE but when I try to run it I get an error

Sounds like who ever did the tunes for you did not enable all of the user options. I would call your tuner and ask if they will enable them for you. Unless they have a really good reason it shouldn't be a problem, it is your tuner and truck. I am using the same Xcal2 and can adjust my WOT, shift points and pressures, and so on. It's worth a phone call.

Try 10% as a starting point, its an increase but not enough to make it to fat.
