Checksum failed is an indication that, for some reason, your truck isn't stock. It may have had a programmer on it previously. It could also be an indication that you may have a problem with your programmer.
Give me a call (check your PMs) and I'll take a look at your stock file and see if it is a modified/corrupted file or some other issue.
