CHT TEMP And Engine TEMP

I just got the edge and the first thing I have to say is that I love it. I just had a few questions. What is the normal range for the CHT (cylinder Head Teamp), the engine temp and the transmission fluid temp?

Thanks,
Jon

TFT is usually between 160 and 185 deg. depending on ambient weather and load (empty, pulling, etc.)

Engine Temp is usually between 195 and 203 deg.

Offhand, I can't remember what the CHT normally reads. I rarely ever use it. I'm sure someone else can chime in about it though.

Take care.

Bill

CHT ...

2v is close to the inferred engine temp

3v is ~10-20 degrees higher than inferred engine temp

inferred engine temp because there is no actual engine temp sensor.
