Do you mean no lights on the Edge or not on your entire truck? (Interior, exterior, dash, etc..)

First things to check would be to make sure that your connections are all seated correctly, then (if just the Edge won't come on) put it back in the box and take it back (ship it back) to where you got it and get another one.

Power should be on before plugging in the ODBII cable to the truck. Read the manual carefully. Key on then plug in.

Hopefully that will work.

RTFM! (read the f'n manual). The key should be in the "on" position before you connect the Edge to the OBD. The only fuse it would be is the one for the cig lighter/OBD. If that isnt working you are SOL. Double and triple check your connections, and than check them once more.....If that doesnt work than sorry man

Atleast you did everything you could, I hope the new one works for you.....If you havent sent it back yet try hooking it up to your PC via the USB cable. See if it comes on when you do that.
