I have a 2003 f150, v6. Just had it lifted. I know very little about vehicles. I want to buy a programmer or chip to improve performance.

Any advices please?

there is a ton of information on this site available using the search function

people will have different opinions based on other mods you will do with the truck so be ready to provide details on planned modifications and what results you are trying to achieve

I have the tunner that allowes you to run on 87 fuel with a performance package fully ajustable from shift points to firmness or in ecomony mode the chip it self will only cause you to buy more expensive fuel, your ops for a V6 are very limited in this class.

buy gears, if you lifted then the bigger tires are going to kill that v-6
