is there a gauge that will be able to adjust my tire size along with telling me my mpg , not being a performence chip

THIS answers the first part of your question.Your truck's display should answer the second part.

Okay, my bad.I don't know of any display-like item that just gives an MPG display without it being a performance tune/chip.
