Help finding programmer

Hi
I have a 07 lariat. I want to get a programmer to change my tire size for the winter and be able to shut off my tire air pressure monitor. Anyone recomend which one to get?

I maybe wrong but I dont think they will make anything to shut off your tire pressure monitor. It would be a legal issue as well as a saftey issue.
