Usually that would work, but coming back from Iraq and driving across the country leaves me little option. This is the first time I've ever done any mods to a vehicle and would not like to take the chance on Ford effing up my PCM for me.

I would much rather take a chance on a Ford dealer reflashing than on using a Jiffy Lube. Besides, are you going to have a tuner already? If not, their reflash will only help you. You only worry about a reflash if you have installed some other program other than stock.

Ok, looked back, you do have a custom tune. So just make the service guy write on the ticket, DO NOT TOUCH THE PCM!

One other thing, that Jiffy Lube may not have Motorcraft 5-20 and a Motorcraft filter. That is all I want to use.

Ok, I was kinda skeptical since you were the only one saying this. I called my local Ford Service dept. He confirmed. Justtell tehm not to jack with it.
