So, for those of you who don't know me as I haven't been around in a while, its a 98 navigator 5.4 with an liquid intercooled powerdyne blower, 42# injectors and 90MM MAF. ( and so forth but the rest doesn't really matter)

I can't pass emissions. I have been fighting it since a couple months after we tuned it 2 years ago. The codes tended to vary for a while, all of them related to the fuel system in some way, but now I have just been puzzled at what it is throwing at me.

1131 as I read it, is calling it lean and compensating rich.

Now, to cover the basics of what I have searched for, there are no vacuum leaks, the 02 sensors are less than a year old and have maybe 5 or 6 thousand miles on them. The exhaust doesn't have any leaks.

Who wants to try and tackle this.......
