Well about a month ago I recieved a Superchip 1745 tuner off ebay for $100. Its the 1745 programmer. Anyways I go to load it on my truck and it says it needed updated. Well my coworker has the exact same 05 truck and it loads on his. the only difference in truck is his was made 4/05 and mine 11/04. Why is it loaded on his and not mine?

You need it updated, because your PCM strategy is not supported by the currently loaded firmware, whereas your co-worker's is. There are many, many different codes each MY.
