NO - absolutely NOT, my friend! 
Unfortunately, some people do it, but because I know exactly what it in that tune, I strongly advise you to NEVER do that.
In fact, what I advise for *any* Lighting, Harley or Cobra with raised boost levels over stock is to have proper custom tuning done, as there are issues that are not handled by off the shelf tuners that need to be taken care of.
