The Dashhawk is an Edge, with the firmware allowing the acceptance of tuning either removed or disabled, is my guess. Much cheaper to turn off a 'switch' in s/w than to produce two different products.

(I have a great idea for mounting LiveWire discretely - just gotta work out some of the mechanics...)
