Call edge. And come back and tell us what they say...

Try reseting and see what it does. when we got the first EDGE Evo's, the MPG was added later. It would do that until Bill at EDGE fixed it with an update.

Did you download the latest software for your unit?

If not, do that.

Same thing happened to mine. Called edge tech told me to rely on accurate checks at the pump. Not what I wanted to hear and I do check mileage/gallons but I would like to see this since it has the option. He then tried to walk me through an update and after an hour of not being able he told me he had to talk to someone else with more knowledge and after 3 weeks still waiting on the return call.

If your Evo has one of the early software versions in it you need to update it. EDGE made several adjustments to the Avg MPG calculations to improve the accuracy after that feature was implemented. Mine is dead on accurate and it agrees within one-tenth of a MPG with my calculated mileage when I fill up the tank. Sometimes I wish it wasn't so accurate; 12-13 MPG city, 14-15 MPG highway.

LOL...I downloaded one of the updates just after they added the average MPG readout. I could floor it and it would say I was getting 35 MPG....I was like "hewls yeah...I'm gonna keep driving like this" I'm sure they have it worked out now, but I haven't updated for close to a year now.
