There are several forms to fill out but I can't find where you choose what type of tunes you want such as what octane.. Too late now to call but I was wanting to fill out the forms tonight.

What I did:

> Specify on Page 1 of the CPW's, left side, where it asks for product type - check "3-program Custom Flasher"

> Then on Page 2 of the CPW's, just print what tunes you want in the 'Additional Comments' space provided, bottom right column.

Hi 99ls1z,

Well, if you ordered it from us via telephone, then at the time you place your order we go over all of that with you on the phone and help you select the three different custom tunes as part of our phone consultation. If you order it online, then you can simply enter that info in one of the areas that are provided for additional comments.

I just checked with our staff, and Crystal told me she was speaking in email to someone who asked this same question, so I'm thinking maybe that was you and that by now, you got the info you needed.
