Edge problem *strange*

That is a good idea. I would do the same under those circumstances.

ditto on what stealth said.
Lot's of edges are sold and not all of them can be 100% flawless. The programmer did go bad. I spent 3 hours on the phone with tech help to make sure that, that was the case. We did everything right down to clearing and reprogramming the edge 3 times. Anyway, the jist of it is:

It did go bad and Edge agrees, It's being replaced, The truck runs fine after being reflashed by Ford, and Edge has some of the best customer service that I've ever seen in any product I ever bought not just truck stuff.
