wow. xc2

Okay, well i got my xc2 earlier this summer (87 tow, 87 perf, 93 max) and well, ive only run 87 perf/tow this whole summer...until yesterday. TP- amazing... everyone says that once you go to the 91-93 you'll never go back and I was like yea yea, okay, its a little better than the 87. dear lord, im not going back to 87 unless ive got to tow... or i keep burning off my 35" procomps.
i never knew my 6000# truck could move out like it does - 105 in second!?, works for me
J- keep up the good work mike!

i pretty much let off at 115 , on the count of a) its stupid, b) 35" muds aren't exactly meant for high speeds... if i had a nice straight track and some U rated tires, now then we'd see what that truck can do

HI Justin,

Thanks for your post - and yes, even with as much power as we gain on 87 , the difference in our premium gas tunes is still enough to make it worthwhile, especially for those running taller tires and wanting everything they can get.

However, your post DOES pose one problem () - and that is, others with 35" tires will see it and think that their truck is automatically supposed to roast their 35" tires with our tuning, too - and there are so many differences in tall tires rubber compounding alone, that some of them will light them up on a stock tune, while others wont' light them up with another 50 HP right on the bottom end! So when I see a post like yours, I'm grinning from ear to ear, and then have to prepare for all the phone calls from those who are using a different tire or a different combination of mods and CAN'T roast their tall tires - I guess it's a no-win situation for us - but I'll take posts like yours any day of the week!

All kidding aside, thanks for your post, & glad you had the good sense to back off at those higher speeds - we do NOT want to see anyone get hurt!!

Have fun & thanks again for your post,
