Reset speedo?

I recently bought the X-cal 2 and I'm using it to tune my blown F-150. What I'm not sure how to do is reset the speedo after new gears were installed. Can I use the X-cal 2 or can I use my SC max micro tuner

You do a speedometer calibration in the XCal 2 by re-loading the tuning - by going into the custom options parameter menu when loading a tune. That is an option it gives you when loading a tune, so you need to plug the XCal 2 back in, and then load the appropriate tune, and as part of that, go into the optional parameters menu when it gives you that option.

Now you probably already know what I'm about to say, I'm just going to point out some info for others who read these posts - first, you cannot ever use two different tuners on the same truck like that, nor would you ever use tuning from a standard "MAX" series Superchips Micro Tuner for a truck you have added a supercharger to, as that's a good way to blow up an engine - an aftermarket supercharger requires custom tuning. And to be able to use an XCal 2 to tune a supercharged engine, you would have to have *custom* tunes specifically made for the supercharger and the rest of the vehicle's mechanical configuration - the XCal 2 doesn't allow someone to just make a "supercharger tune" for themselves - again, you probably know that, this is just info for the many others who read these posts and might wonder about those things.

Good luck!
