I must say I am very very impressed with EDGES tech support. I screwed myself by flashing the unit before restoring my truck. Needless to say Nathan at EDGE helped me out alot. I had slow replys to e-mail but the phone support is great!

 

Inurok I have to agree with you,I have also found them to be good with the support.I had problems with my drivers when originally installing the software.They were not great when e-mailing but were able to walk me through when I called.Have also had issues with them not supporting my version of software but that has now been taken care of.One of these days I will actually get to try this programmer out!
