[QUOTE=Snip...Magnaflow muffler is on and it's awesome, can't wait for the xcal2 and AF1 to see what kind of beast this truck can really be. [/QUOTE]

Just looked up my tracking number from TP, tnx again Neal, package will be here tomorrow . With the temps in the 20's looks like I will be clearing a section in the garage to get the truck in to work on and warm enough to install the tune.

Sorry to hear that. I found out mine was shipping out on Monday after speaking to the wizard himself, tnx again Mike, on Saturday as I was wondering which 87 tune tow or performance to go with. The man definately works very hard, and I will repeat other's comments in that he is extremely knowledgeable, has a craze for his craft, and has hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced.

I would recommend you give them a call and check on yours.

Ohhhhhh, yeahhhhh!

I jumped on the GBHR (group buy hay ride) on 02/06 and received a confirmation on my faxed paperwork on the next day. The sender seemed to have a strange email address - "RS" @ something "pain." +3 .

I should mention that Crystal worked with me paitently and thoroughly on the 6th. Heyull, she even worked overtime when I called back around (after?) Miller Time.

I also spoke with Neal and changed the custom tune lineup. Everyone I've interfaced with at TP has been plentifully helpful and professional.

I am eagerly awaiting the Xcalibrator 2's arrival. I can't describe how crappy my 2005 4x2 5.4L Supercab runs right now. Shifting is hideous; downshifting on acceleration after U-turns and any slow speed turns rarely happens without flooring it - I avoid that because it seems like truck torture.

On the upside, the 5x8x14 Magnaflow Aluminized on my stock pipe is growing on me. The sound is definitely v8ly.

Mike, any word on an add-on monitor module for the Xcal2? I thought I had read somewhere there was one in the works.

Hang on here just a minute, I want to address this claim being made..............

1.) We do each tune in the exact order that we get ALL the info we need on the CPW's - NOBODY get any preferential treatment.

2.) For Rock Krusher (Derrik) - as we discussed today, your CPW's were not received here until 1/31/06 - but interestingly, and just as an aside, the header on your fax machine read January 16th 1996!

3.) davidmf's CPW's actually arrived here on 1/27/06 - not on the 28th, as he thought. They in fact were received here on 1/27/06, the very same date as 01Roush's (Dan) arrived, and they arrived BEFORE Dan's did on that same day - so he got done first, just as he should have - nobody has been done out of turn!

4.) On 1/27/06, which was a Friday, we got *dozens* of CPW's in here - and not one person has in fact been tuned out of order - not one.

This kind of thing is *precisely* why we have a fax machine that has all the latest technology and features, including color capability, an internal backup battery, powered by a true UPS, etc - so that we always *know* down to the exact second when a set of CPW's actually arrived here. We have to do this, for the very reason we see here - because people make mistakes, and unfortunately, sometimes jump to conclusions.

Just as an aside, I had someone call here who SWORE that he sent his CPW's to us on the 26th of January - but they in fact were received by our fax machine on the 31st, FIVE DAYS LATER - so obviously it's not possible for him to have sent them in on the 26th as he thought. He was simply mistaken, is all we can figure. Things happen - people make mistakes - which is why we use the technology & backup & redundancy that we do, so that we KNOW when these faxes arrive, so that there can be NO question on our end.

People make mistakes - and that's fine, people are human.

But it's not fun for us when people attack our credibility by making claims as seen in this thread of us NOT doing the tunes as we have always done, and just as we have always said right here, which is in the exact order in which we get ALL the info we require on the CPW's.

So those are the actual FACTS, gentlemen.

I hope I have managed to show this in a manner that is professional, as I have to admit that I was a bit disturbed when I first saw people trying to claim that we were NOT doing our tunes in order - we take our credibility more seriously than most realize - but we also know that everyone is simply human, and that this was just a silly and small misunderstanding - so my apologies if my tone is a bit off, but I had to make the actual facts clear - and anyone that has a question about this, who wants to discuss this, is more than welcome to call me personally. In fact, I tried reaching Dan (01Roush) just a few minutes ago so I could speak with him personally as well, but just got his voicemail - he and Derrik were the ones concerned about this, and I had already spoken to Derrik earlier today (who is, by the way, a very nice young man who is kindly working with us to find a company to do our windshield banner, so hats off to Derrik - thank you!).

I hope that clears this up for you, & thanks for your concern!
