Get yourself an X-Calibrator with a couple of Mikes (Troyer) custom tunes, and the necessary package to get email updates so you can reprogram your X-Calibrator as you add modifications to your truck. In case your unaware of how it works, Mike can send you updates for the custom tunes via email and all you have to do is load them into the X-Calibrator through your computer.

Hi F-150 HD,
As the other posters mentioned, please give us a call at our number listed below to go over this - the smart tip is to have us do the custom tuning in the XCalibrator 2, as it has so many features no other unit has that are important on any vehicle, but especially when supercharging, including the ability to do high-speed datalogging, diagnostics, email update capability, Internet firmware updates, USB interface, etc.
You're better off flashing the PCM with a tuner instead of installing a chip on the J3 connector, because any chip can cause problems when attempting to do diagnostics (and you will never be able to run on the stock factory program again with that blower setup, so you have to be able to do diagnostics with the custom tuning installed), datalogging, etc. Flashing the PCM is much quicker and easier (2-3 minutes on the EEC-V PCM's), too.
We provide you with a sets of 3 different custom tunes, so that you have maximum flexibility, allowing the best performance and protecting the engine, so you can still use your vehicle just about any way you want.
It's really too detailed to get into here by typing, so just give us a call at our number listed below & we'll be happy to go over all of this with you thoroughly, as there are a number of things you need to be aware of in this type of conversion.
Good luck, & talk to you soon!
