to chip or not
hi...... very new to this aftermarket stuff,not sure if this will work for me. I have a 4.6 f150 standerd shift. Does anyone make a chip or programer for a standerd shift and would it make that much of a diffrence in my truck?

We can provide performance tuning in either a "traditional" chip, or in the more popular hand-held tuner (flash) type of device - whichever you prefer.
One thing many manual transmission vehicle owners wonder about is, will the performance tuning be as effective on my vehicle since I have a manual transmission? Sometimes people think that if they don't have an automatic transmission for us to firm up the shifts on, that they somehow won't get as much benefit from our performance tuning - but the reality is the engine still gains the exact same amount of power & performance regardless of what type of transmission is in the vehicle. So the answer is yes - actually, you get *more* power gain to the ground compared to automatic transmission models, simply because manual trannys only take about half as much power (or a bit less) to turn compared to the amount of power absorbed by automatic transmissions - so you get more of that power gain to the ground.
The way to get the best results in raw power, actual performance improvement, driveability, etc., is to have us do our *custom* tuning for your truck - even for a bone-stock vehicle, we get significantly higher power & performance gains from our custom tuning than you'll get from any other type of tuning device, because we have specialized in performance tuning these F-150's longer than anyone else.
