Hi, welcome to the forum. If you use the
button, you will find many threads that will have the answers that you are looking for. I eventually went with the Xcalibrator from Troyer Performance for my 2004 FX4 Supercrew and I couldn't be happier with the decision.

Hi Nick,
Welcome to F-150 Online!
Your question (as you might imagine) is the exact same question that virtually everyone else who comes here wants to know - so the best thing for you to do is to spend some time reading the posts here - use the SEARCH feature here to retrieve & read specific posts on any topic. That is the single most frequent topic here ("what's going to get me the best result?"), so there are literally thousands upon thousands of posts already here about that from owners who have made their choice and posted their results, impressions, etc. Now be aware that once they do that, they don't tend to have the time to come back and type it all out all over again for each person that comes along asking the exact same thing, of course. That's what SEARCH is for, and the icon to access it is in the upper right portion of your screen here - just spend some time reading the posts here, as all the info you could possibly want is already here.
Now in terms of what will actually get the best results? Hands down, that is our custom tuning - we've specialized in performance-tuning these F-150's longer than anyone else, so we generally get the best results - meaning the best **safe & sustainable** power & performance gains, the best overall driveability, etc. You'll see many posts from vehicles owners here who use our tuning, as those who want the best come to us.
Now the products you are asking about (most of which aren't actually shipping yet for the 2005 F-150) are all what we refer to as "standard" tuning devices. Meaning they aren't the kind of in-depth custom tunes that most people here come to us for. They aren't made for your individual needs - they are "off the shelf" tuning devices, designed to work on all similar vehicles the same basic way - and they do a pretty good job, don't get me wrong! Now among *those*, the Superchips products do the best job of providing safe & sustainable power & performance gains. We are the oldest distributor of Superchips products in America, and have carried the other products lines you mentioned as well - and we've found the Superchips tuning generally does the best job among those types of tuning products.
However, you can get a significantly better result by having us do our *custom* tuning for that truck - even if it's a bone-stock vehicle, we'll get more power & performance gain, better acceleration times & driveability from it that way, as we're spending a lot more time on it and going more in-depth - that's one of the basic differences between custom tuning and the "standard" stuff.
Rather than toot my own horn (I do enough of that), take some time & read some of the posts here from other vehicle owners, and please feel free to give us ac all to go over any of this (or anything else performance-related about your truck) in more detail, we're happy to help!
Congrats on your new 2005 F-150!
