Hey Mike when you get the superchip installed what does the increase in hp/torque do to rpms. Im trying to say will the hp/and torque increase from superchip cause my engine to get its peak numbers at higher rpms. What are the numbers to be exact? Thanks Mike

Hi DaveH,

The Superchip does not change the rpm at which peak horsepower or peak torque occurs, as those are controlled primarily by your camshaft profiles. Those peaks remain at about 4900 rpm or so for peak horsepower, and about 2600 rpm or so for peak torque, depending on the dyno it's run on.
