In this months "Truckin" magazine.. they show various ways to increase the HP in Lightning's... One was a 14HP increase by simply replacing the stock 4 bladed throttle assembly with a "Kenne Bell" single blade throttle assembly...

Due you have any input on this such as the possibility to do the same to my HD ????

If this application is available for my HD would have to get a different chip ?????

Someone just asked this same question a few days ago in another thread, was that you?

I responded by saying that no, we don't need to change the program for throttle body changes as a general rule, and also that I don't think you're going to see anywhere near 14 more hp from installing that piece on your normally aspirated 5.4 HD model. Of course that's strictly a guess I have to say in all fairness, but my hunch is that you'd see perhaps 5 more hp from it at higher rpms from the reduction in restriction. I can't tell you if this part will work on your 5.4 or not John, I'm sorry, that's something you'll need to ask the manufacturer. If you decide to do it, let us know your impressions, please!
