Howdy.

I've just ordered a chip. My printout didn't print the order # or customer #, and I believe I need to make a change to it. What do I do? And is it ok if I send y'all a money order? Thanks.

Hi Nater,

The best thing to do is to give us a call, or shoot us an email, as we need to "discuss" those types of issues (order status, changes, etc.) off the message boards here.

Briefly, in the online ordering system we have here on F-150 Online, you have the option to either use a credit card, or to print out the form and mail it in to us with your payment, and a money order is fine.

Just give us a shout, and we'll be happy to take care of any changes you may need. You can reach us at our number below from 10 am to 7 pm, Eastern time, or shoot us an email anytime.
