There actually have been a couple guys here who traded 1999's in on 2000 models, so you might get lucky. The HNE4 code hasn't been around very long, as it was one of the later '99 5.4 codes, but there are a number of people here using the HNE4 code Superchip. If one of them goes to trade in, you could be in luck!
