Chip Unchoked
I want to thank Mike Troyer for all his help.Installed my chip and got the no start.Called Mike to find out about sending it to superchips.It was after hours forgot about time zones.He saw I called and after hours called to see what I wanted .found out I had the no jumpers connected.faxed me the diagrams from super chips after waiting patiently for me to set up my fax on my computer.got the diagrams called super chip techs to make sure I had the right places to fix and had a vcr repair shop do it for 10.00 very easy fix if you run across this problem.WOW driveability around town is really improved very light throttle to get up to speed, now i have to watch get up to 50mph in a hurry.on the highway cruises at 80 easily with a lot of power for passing will hit 100 no problem but I won't go there.Mikes the Man thanks again.

I agree. The product (Superchip) in this case is a good one. But there are multiple channels where we good get our chips. And we could probably buy other chips (not as good, but still improvements.)
But we are unlikely to find someone as knowledgeable and as willing to help as Mike T.
I know that I was a little uneasy after reading about some of the no-starts and knowing what you have to do to install the chip. After all these are our trucks and in many cases – brand new trucks. But my anxiety was reduced a lot knowing that I could call Mike for help if need be. Plus, he responds to our emails and on the message boards.
I just wanted to chime in because good customer service is absent all too often these days and when I come across it, like we have with Mike T, I want to let others know.
