TroyerPerformance.com not showing all parts.......
Just a quick note to everyone...........
You may have noticed that starting last night, some of our parts are not displaying on our web site at www.TroyerPerformance.com
This started last night (Tuesday the 27th) some time after about 8 pm Eastern, and we're working on finding the root cause right now.
So don't freak out if you drop by and see only a few parts, we know & are working on it already. The part# indexer (which indexes so the data is retrieved quickest) is stopping after only the first 67 parts, leaving hundreds more not showing up right now.
We should have that rectified by no later than Thursday morning (the 29th), if we have to do a server restore, according to our provider.

UPDATE:
The store at www.TroyerPerformance.com will be re-opened tomorrow (Tuesday).
We don't know how many parts it will show just yet. We may get lucky and be able restore most or all of it, but we could just as easily only see 67 parts and have to re-enter all the rest. Luckily, we can do that pretty quickly, so worst case, everything will be back to normal and showing all the parts that were there before in a few days.

What an ordeal over the last week, unbelievable. We never dreamed that a major hosting company like ProHosting Corporation, claiming to host 900,000+ web sites, wouldn't have any backups to restore web sites when they have a hardware failure, but that did indeed happen to us. Go figure. They said they had not had a successful backup since late March/early April, thus decided to change out from their previous tape drives-based backup system to a hard drive-based backup system (and that's just a normal high-speed NAS system, nothing really trick).
At any rate, the site is back up for everyone to enjoy, and we'll be adding more and more parts & content all the time. Thanks for your support, patience & understanding!
