Chip For Higher compression?
Hi Neal,
Talk about timing! You made your post within minutes of my last post, we must have been both working on responses at the same time!
You might want to review my last post to WLF, as we go over some of our actual test data there a bit in trying to give WLF a brief overview of the real numbers at significantly elevated power levels. That might help a bit, to see what we've found in actual drag-down testing.
And of course, as you'd probably guess, this small increase in driveline losses at significantly elevated power levels as compared to the losses at stock power levels is something we see more in automatics than in manuals.
