Water Spot's on my Truck. I've tried Vinegar & Water, Washing, Hand Polishing, etc...
I can't get them out. There on the Hood, Windows, and on Top of the Truck.
What's the best way to get them out, there absolutely UGLY! Should I have the Truck Detailed?

Yep, if you don't feel comfortable doing it have it professionally detailed. But you're definitely gonna need to be more aggressive to get those etchings out.

 

For the painted parts, polish should take them, maybe even clay, depending if it's just on the surface or etched into the paint. For glass, I've heard Bar Keep's Friend works pretty well.

As for the B pillars, not sure. Think I saw a thread a bit ago of how to treat that area.
