ok how would i get this out??

hey everyone my truck got hit but just a little and has some scratches i was seeing what was the best stuff to get it out the pics are in my Gallery and there is a scratch on my brake light what do you think is the best stuff for it to get out.

That should come out pretty easy -- I'd try some Meguiar's Scratch-X first, and then step up to their Ultimate Compound if that doesn't work.

look on my page then in the albums its the first one the one with 3 pics in it. i dont know how to post on here so i put it in its own album.

If the compounds don't work you can wetsand. It's all very easy to do, but some pics of the damage first would be nice.


EDIT: Just looked at the pic in your gallery. Maybe my work monitor is just not as clear, but the plastic only looks scuffed. For that try some PlastX on a buff ball,like a powerball mini or similar, and a drill. You can do it by hand as well, but it will take a little more effort. Or if you happen to have a DA you can polish it out that way too.

the pics are in my album look at if you want to. dont know how to put pics up on this page so i made an album!

Most of that looks like a rub.........probably can get it off by using your finger and rubbing hard. if not you might have to get it wet sanded then buffed. A good high speed buffer with rubbing compound might do it too. then wax and polish it.

As far as the deep stuff, use the color pen and do the same thing. i think it will work. Im not a detail specialist but i bet it will help alot.

Thanks I see it now. Ultimate Compound should get most if not all of it out by hand.
