Hyperdressing I'm referring to. Not... oh never mind.

I just got a bunch of stuff from Brown today, and noticed that Hyperdressing is pretty thick! I was thinking it was more "liduidy" than that. Guess I shoulda bought a spare spray bottle... :rolleyes:

Now I just gotta find the time to try all the new stuff. First up... wife's '02 Durango (graphite metallic). Then the '08 F150 (black).

Once you dilute it to your desired ratio it gets a lot more "liquidy". I believe I use the 3:1 ratio and it's quite watery. By the way, if you haven't used it before you'll really like it. One use for it is for my Undercover tonneau. It doesn't run when it gets rained on either! I remember doing my tonneau pre-C&D education with...Armorall...and it rained the next day. My black truck had streaks all over the sides of the bed and tailgate where the stuff had run off. It was not pretty...It's safe to say I learned my lesson.

i use the Extang stuff (tonneau tonic) on my tonneau.... it looks good, but attracts a TON of dust. would HD be better to use on my vinyl cover?

Try using just a QD on the tonneau. If it looks good enough, that's fine. If not, then HD at the proper dilution would be a better choice than any other dressing that I know of.

I've always heard not to use Armor All due to drying out the cover, just been wondering if HD or maybe even Meguiar's #40 would be a better choice, and less dust?

Yes, it's pretty thick when it's in it's concentrated form but once you dilute it it's like water. I'd pick up two bottles since they've got the proper dilution ratios. I love them. I keep one bottle at 1:1 and one for 3:1. 1:1 for the tires. 3:1 for the undercarriage, motor, fenders, etc.
