I can do that with a PC, for the most part... never seen it done with a drill. |
My son-in-law has a 18 volt Milwaukee drill - that will spin the pad pretty good!

Got to try this stuff out. I didn't take pictures because it wasn't really worth it.
I was working with a 92 Ford Tempo with leaky headlights. There's water and oxidation BEHIND the headlights, but the front definitely is improved. Process 600 Grit wet 2000 Grit wet #85 on Wool <- speed 3 to test, then speed 5 with better results Plast-x on Polishing pad Collinite 845 Overall, major improvement. They still need work. Next weekend I may pull them apart, clean them out, do the inside of the lens and re-seal. I'll post pictures then. Theres a definite improvement in the way they feel (smooth like freshly clayed.) Edit: #85 by hand did wonders on a small spot on her bumper. I foresee a full detail coming up.. Taking it from "Lobster Bisque" color to "Veloute" (She's in chef school... Sorry) |
does that mean she made you some awesome food?
