Where to order Meg's products online?
 

Besides ADS.....
I've ordered from ADS several times with no issues until yesterday.I just recieved my latest order from ADS yesterday and they sent me #7 instead of the #21 I ordered. :mad: It even said on the invoice that I ordered #21 but that's not what I got.The part that fries my buns is #7 is available at every parts store in town much cheaper than the #21 I paid for.Now I have to order some more #21 and pay shipping again. :bandito:

What did Rick say when you told him you received the wrong product?

I haven't talked to anyone at ADS.If I have to ship the #7 back to them I'll have another $5-$6 invested in it.

Or do what I did. Found out where the local detail shops buy and i went there.

Edit: I doubt that they would want you to ship that back to get the order right, I suspect they send you the right product and cover the shipping. My extended .02

They miss-shipped ONE product, ONE time and you are refusing to return business?! :eek:

They are HUMANS at ADS, not God. Give them a break, crap.

I'm 100% positive that they will take care of you if you give them a chance.

I didn't say I wouldn't do business with them again.I was just looking for other options.I thought I'd try someone else online this time.There's a couple suppliers that come to my friends shop but they don't carry Meguiars products. :(

Just freaking call them rather than flipping out. It wouldn't surprise me if he tells you to keep that bottle and sends you a bottle of #21 to correct the mistake.

Also, by some stretch of a wild imagination in an effort to turn a profit, do you think that they ship and sell to others? I mean, it's a simple mistake. Someone may have received your #21. I'm sure we've all made one or a thousand in a lifetime. No need to get your 'buns chapped'. Geesh...

Would I be disappointed? Yeah. I would. But, when I ordered a 32oz bottle of Body Solvent in my last order, it showed up half-empty (courtesy of the fine folks at UPS). Rick had me a replacement bottle, free of charge, in my hands within a couple of days...

Just call rather than getting the proverbial panties in a wad... It's pretty simple, really.

if you need it immediately, go to meguiar's website, and search for suppliers in your area.

Amazon.com, they usually have free shipping if you buy $50 or so.
