Not the F150, but it's next
Did a detail on my mom's car for sale reasons.
We did a wash with zaino Z7, clay bar, then a poliseal sealent, topped with pinnacle Souveran. rain-X on the windows, tire shine, some special rim cleaner because there is so much damn brake dust from this car, and then industrial strength (my friend's fam owns a carwash) carpet cleaner with mytee spider industrial carpet shampooer. interior was a full carpet shampoo , 303 on the interior surfaces, connolly leather cleaner and conditioner. I know it's not an F150 but my Pearl Blue should be next. Pics in Gallery of my truck. http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y23...rc/UpFront.jpg http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y23...eriorFront.jpg http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y23...tpassenger.jpg |

Nice work! I'm sure your mom will appreciate it when the prospective buyers see how immaculate it is :beers:

Nice!
I think my truck is second in line behind yours for that extensive detailing, Ian. Make sure you put some time aside for doing mine (wink, wink). |

Thanks! I have to do the leather and maybe a quick detail before someone comes to look at it. No calls yet though  |

Nice.
I've got a few doozies scheduled in April for details... in fact, I'm working every weekend at this point - weather permitting. 7th - Open 14th - 05' Mustang GT (Heavily Modified - Red) 21st - 2006 BMW 740i (Black -- this is a $75K sedan!) 28th - 2005 (maybe 2006) BMW 330i Convertible (Red w/ black top) May 4th - f150online member's truck - 2005 F-150 (Maroon) |
I was always told that you should buy a car clean, and sell a car dirty. That way when you sell it there are bugs and stuff on the outside (they will miss some knicks and scratches) and when you buy a clean car you can notice all of that. Thats just what I was tought but maybe that only works with Ford dealerships?? lol
