I bought a boar's hair brush from Griot's last fall (50% off) and used it for about 5 or 6 months but I was never really happy with it. It didn't seem to transfer enough soapy water from the bucket to the truck and it wasn't very useful for getting off the daily driver type of grime. Since then I've switched back to cotton wash mits and the boar's hair has just been sitting in my shop collecting dust. I wrote Griot's an email stating the above information and they said "no problem". They will refund, replace or exchange it for something else with no questions asked.


Now while I may not be buying some of the stuff I consider to be kind of crazy(like $40 for a plastic bucket), with customer service like that, I will definitely be buying from them again.
