Price Check Please 2012 F-150 XLT

Have a couple questions for you guys. I have found a 2012 F-150 XLT, V8, chrome package that I like dealt with internet sales manager and here is the price he gave me after a test drive, no haggling!

MSRP: $34,265.00
Discount: -$2000.00
Rebates: -$5000.00 (This includes $1500 Ford Motor Credit Rebate)

Price: $27,265.00

Okay here's the question found out that a friend can give me a pin for the Ford X Plan. What I need to know is the price below right with the X plan. Would I also get the $1500.00 off for the XLT chrome package that was taken off on price above? Can you still use the rebates and the X plan?...what I have read so lends me to think so.

X Plan Price: $29,465.00
Rebates: -$5000.00 (This includes $1500 Ford Motor Credit Rebate)

X Plan Price: $22,465.00 (With Rebates)

Does this sound right? Any help/information would be greatly appreciated!

Doesn't sound right. X-Plan usually is only $1750-$2250 (or so) under MSRP. With a MSRP of $34,265, then I would guess X-Plan is right around $32,265 (or pretty close). Then take off the $5000 for rebates and you would have $27265. Which as it works out is pretty close to invoice I bet (the price they are giving you I would assume). So either way you are coming out about the same. One thing with X-Plan is they are limited to only $100 in Dealer Fees.
X-Plan is a set price on the invoice sheet which they have to show you if you are an X-Plan member.
