BedTred Ultra (similar to BedRug)

I've owned 2 other Bed Rugs (2003 and 2014) and loved them, but they can be a pain to keep clean if you really use the bed for things like sand, fire wood etc, anything with small particles that can get trapped in the carpeting. So I was looking for something similar, but easier to clean

I'm currently still undecided about which bed cover if any I'll be using.

I picked up a BedTred Ultra for my new 2018 6.5

It fits like a Bed Rug, same install process, double sided velcro, as well as you can install the bed tie down hardware on top of the liner to really help secure it.
It has the contoured foam bottom that makes the load floor completely flat, honestly the biggest selling feature for me

Biggest difference is the actual working surface is a flat surface with a little "rougher" texture to it like a typical spray in liner. I say "rougher" but it still has a spongy foam feel to the overall bedliner, so it doesnt feel coarse to the touch.

Now onto the pics!!

I plan to update this thread at some point in the future once I start using the bed for different things and see how this holds up

I was thinking of doing this for my other truck... It's got a plastic bed liner in it now, and it's yucky.

Now I just use the truck for grocery getting and running errands during the summer. So it's not a work truck.

How much did it cost you?

Patman 04-07-2018 09:41 AM

I paid little more than 400 for it, most spray in liners will run 400-500 range

Not bad. Looks like good quality materials.

I got my F150 with a paint to match bed liner 2 years ago, along with all the dents and dings taken out. Though I dropped my plastic bed liner in over it until I get a buyer on it. But the PTM bedliner is nice.

Though, for the other truck, having that flat bottom would be neat.

Well I used the truck as a truck yet again.

Saturday comprised of two big hauls
1800 lbs of bagged dirt
2500 lbs of sod. Pallet and half

And here's the aftermath. I did a quick sweep out, Washed (dish soap) and rinse and she's good as new again

The liner is holding up really well! Just as I expected. High quality product from Bedrug. Would recommend it for sure!

Why did you have to put a Lexus piece of carpet (or whatever that is) on top of the bedliner?

Good eye, it was a spare trunk liner I had. just kinda ended up living in the bed of my truck and never left.... No real purpose/reason/benefit

If this is the one with zippers to attach the pieces together then I purchased the same product and love it. When it gets a little dirty I hose it down, broom it good and rinse it out. I got it mainly to kill the noise under the shell on my 17 RCSB. The Lab spends a lot of time back there and the noise and heat insulation properties are great.

Yeah its really hard to clean small particles from rugs, well I am using a rug made of polymer, I got it from The Perfect Rug coupons, I don't know you know about this store or not, but I recommend you to check on there first because they have different kinds of rugs are available, you can easily find a perfect one from your vehicle. I hope it will work for you.
