I had one of the early 04 versions for my truck. I've had it for nearly 2 1/2 years. It developed a crack where I had to sand the cover near the front to prevent rubbing (newer models have been changed to keep this from happening).

Anyway, I called to ask what they suggested I use to glue it together. They asked for a picture so I emailed them one.

He called me back and asked "Is your dealer still near you?"

I answered "yes"

He said "Well give it a day or so and go pick up a new one, we're are going to replace it under warranty"

Wow I was shocked and amazed. To top it off I got the newer locks and the unit with the light included free.

That type of service is just amazing to me, I'm a customer for life.
