one more try. i used glass paint on my stock bulbs. gonna use a combo of these and blue leds. hoping to turn the green blueish. cyan, turquoise, aqua. anything but green.

install today, pics tonight...

well the wind was blowing about 40 all day. didn't want to get out in it and fight the door on the truck.

will install tomorrow.

got it installed and am liking what i see. not nearly as blue as i want, but mellow and not sharp green anymore. still greenish, but different.

i will get some decent pics with my good camera tomorrow night. i think i like what i have now. want more blue, but without removing the green film its not gonna get better

ok, well there is not much of any blue tint, but the lights are definitely a mellower green. sort of aqua marine.

not sure if i like it yet. gonna drive it like this for a little bit and decide...

If you want my honest opinion, I think the original looks better. I know it's not the color you want, but everything seems dim in the second pic and the needles are nearly indistinguishable.
